Tissue Paper Rainbow 🌈
A colorful, tactile rainbow — perfect for little hands.
What you need
- White paper or cardboard
- Tissue paper in rainbow colors (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple)
- Glue stick
- Crayons (to draw the rainbow outline)
Steps
1
Draw a big rainbow arc on the paper with crayon — 6 curved lines from one side to the other.
2
Tear or cut small pieces of tissue paper — let your child scrunch them into little balls.
3
Put glue on the top arc and press red tissue balls all along it.
4
Repeat for each color: orange, yellow, green, blue, purple — name each color as you go!
5
Add cotton balls at the ends for clouds. Say the colors of the rainbow together: "Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple!"
