How to get started

Most FRN programs accept self-referrals. That means you don't need a doctor, social worker, or anyone else to send you. You can just call.

Find your hub

Your NE hub is Families Matter. They're at 3404 25th Street NE — right in the community. You don't need to go in person, though. Just call.

Step 2

Call them

Call 403-205-5194. Tell them what you need, or just say "I'm not sure what I need but I'd like to talk to someone." They'll help.

Step 3

Don't wait

Some programs (like home visitation) have waitlists. Get on the list now rather than waiting until things feel harder. Early support makes a difference.
