How to get started

Most FRN programs accept self-referrals. That means you don't need a doctor, social worker, or anyone else to send you. You can just call.

Find your hub

Your SE hub is Families Matter, located in Midpark. You don't need to go in person — just call them.

Step 2

Call them

Call 403-205-5180. Tell them what you need, or just say "I'm not sure what I need but I'd like to talk to someone." They'll help.

Step 3

Don't wait

Some programs (like home visitation) have waitlists. Get on the list now rather than waiting until things feel harder. Early support makes a difference.
