Rapid Access Counselling
One free 75-minute counselling session. No waitlist, no intake process. For individuals, couples, or families dealing with something right now.

Parenting Classes & Workshops
Free group courses and single workshops on sleep, behaviour, anxiety, positive parenting, and more. Register and show up.
No referral needed
Home Visitation
A trained professional comes to your home regularly to support your parenting, help with child development, and connect you to resources.

Youth Mentoring & Development
1:1 mentoring through Big Brothers Big Sisters plus youth life skills, emotional development groups, and after-school activities.

Functional Family Therapy
12-14 sessions of evidence-based family therapy. Works with your whole family to improve communication and strengthen relationships.
